    YashikaAgrawal let me ask you this. How are you connecting in Power BI Desktop?

YashikaAgrawal, it seems like you are connecting from Power BI desktop, if that is the case, it will not use the gateway. Can you make sure you can connect to the SQL server using SSMS? if yes, use the same credentials here.
