Hi,
i am currently producing multiple files in power BI which are loaded into a communal dashboard from here i am then producing a powerpoint by copying and pasting from the files in the dashboard.
is there a way to create a new file in the dashboard that will quickly look upto the outputs picking out the selective slides i want from the respective files??
For Example this is what i want to do creating direct links to create a MS Powerpoint presentation (Note the power BI reports have multiple tabs within themselves)
Hi @48100
If there were Export Dashboard feature just like Export Report to PDF/PowerPoint, it would be easier. You may vote up for this idea: Microsoft Idea · Exporting Dashboard
With the current features, maybe you can consider using Subscribe feature. With subscribing a dashboard or a report, you will receive an image attachment of the dashboard or the subscribed report page with latest data. Then you can use these images in your PowerPoint file.

@48100 , see if this embed power bi into power point can help

Thank you for your reply although embedding the PP will work this - will swell file size and deminish userbility.
Another angle would be to ammend my flow so that instead of the data flowing into a PP is there a way to make a new file on the dashboard its self using the individual files that are uploaded?
