Connect to live DB2 Data

Hi,

 

I am wanting to connect to a live ibm db2 as400 database without having to do a refresh of 2 million rows, what wouold be the best to go about this?

    Anonymous,

     

    You may try to specify SQL statement in the Advanced options and vote this idea up.

      Thanks Sam,

       

      Would I need to produce sql that limits the values return for every visual.

       

      I hope we get direct query for DB2 as we currently have over 100 staff and looking at the implementations of each provider and access to live data is a biggie!

        Our company has a product named Conduit that can do live (DirectQuery) connections to DB2. Ping me if you'd like to discuss further.
