Connect Power BI via ODBC

Hello,

I'm trying to connect PBI via an ODBC installed on a different machine.

Looking at the ODBC configuration, I can find the host name is something like: "thisname", whithout any details about IP address or domain name.

How can I obtain the host name? Looking at the driver file (dll) found in windows registry or where is it?

Thanks for helping!

You can find ODBC connections in the registry here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sql/odbc/reference/install/registry-entries-for-data-sources?view=s...

Your local computer will need the ODBC connection and drivers for Power BI Desktop to use it.
