Solved: Confusion about pricing - what do I need?

We deliver a commercial web application. In this application we want to embed some powerBI reports and Dasboards.

I can buy a pro licence, create the reports, authorise them and embed them in my application. Am I right?

Or do I need powerBI embedding, which costs me at least €600 a month? If so, when I "buy" one embedded subscription can I deploy to different Azure webapplications?
