Configure a chart in Power BI Report Builder

I tried to add a chart in Porwer BI Report Builder. I've added a data source and created a data set. The preview of the chart is almost what I want (Picture 1), but when I execute it, the columns are very thin and only half of them have labels (Picture 2). I also cant manage it to sort it by "size". Its always alphabetical by the labels. It should look like Picture 3.

I also get it sorted by amount of counts. The final thing I cant do, is formatting the data labels in the right way. All I want, is the count value, but there are a lot of zeros and symbols (strokes with down arrows), which I can't assign.

I managed to get the labels and the size right, but the sorting is still based on the labels, not on the amount of counts.
