Conditonal formatting for percentages
Hello,
I am trying to conditionally format a percentage cell with the following rules:
Less than or equal to 50, the cell fills with red
Greater than 50, the cell fills with green
I have added these condtions using this set up:
It works when the first set of data is entered and the percentage is calculated. As more data is entered it never changes when it moves from one to the other. Stays the original color even if the percentage shown should make it the opposite color.

This forum is for Power BI, but I can help anyway.
You'll need to create 2 rules like so
In that image my data is in the range B3:B8. The rules state that if the value in B3 >= 0.5 then fill the cell red. If the value in B3 > 0.5 then fill it green.
CF rules are peculiar and hard to understand. In this case my rules only seem to be checking the value in B3 but it actually applies to the whole data range B3:B8.
Check this example Excel file and look at the rules I created.

I'm wondering about the screenshots. Is this Excel, and do you use it as a reference for us as you want to have the same when working in Power BI?
Then, I also have difficulties to understand what you mean by "... As more data is entered, it never changes ..."
Please provide more context, like what system your are using Excel or Power BI Desktop, and also provide sample data that contains the "initial data" but also " ... as more data is entered ...".Provide the expected result based on the sample data you provide.

This is my first time using this forum (or any forum) to ask a question like this. I may be in the wrong forum, if this is not for Excel questions.
I am using Excel and only Excel. I have a column that calculates Weekly Win Percentage. I would like the cells in that column to auto fill with either red or green based on the win percentage. 50% or below, I would like red, above 50% I would like green.
I haven't been able to get that to work with any of the conditional formatting that I have tried. Hopefully that simplifies my question. Thank you for your help!
