Conditions on Visual Filters

Ever since the November update, I am unable to add a condition to my visual filters.  In the "Filters on this visual" area, I have added a visual filter called FilterByViewer.  Under the "Show items when the value:"  in the dropdown that defaults to "is less than" I want to change it to "Is"  but when I click on the field, on the dropdown arrow, or anywhere in the visual's box, nothing happens!

 

I am also unable to enter a value in the text box below the dropdown area. 

 

So far i have tried:  creating a new BI; moving the filter up and down in the list of visual filters, closing and reopening, checking for updates to Power BI desktop; Tried to perform this action in the Power BI web interface.  None of these has worked.  I'm sure i'm missing something really small and annoying.

     Can you please explain with screenshots. If possible please share a sample pbix file after removing sensitive information.

      I don't know how else to explain nothing happening.  This is where I am trying to select "IS" rather than "IS LESS THAN"  when i click on the dropdown (highlighted in yellow), nothing happens.  No dropdown menu appears.  

      Below the dropdown and above the "And" "Or" options is a text field where you should be able to add your value, and I am unable to click into that field to type in a value.  I also tried to tab into it and no cursor appears.

    Hi @,

     

    By my test in the latest version 2.75.5649.961 of Power BI Desktop, the filter below option "Filter on this visual " works well once you make some changes on the dropdown and click "Enter" key. You may upgrade the Power BI Desktop to the latest version.

      What do you mean by "Make some changes on the dropdown and click "Enter" key"?  I have downloaded the latest version, but still cannot click the dropdown.

        Hi Anonymous ,

         

        On my side, I can click the dropdown in Filter pane.

         

        Could you please check if this issue occurs for Column, measure or table fields?

         

        Do this issue occur for other users using the same pbix file?
