Conditionally Format a Table Row in the Drill Through Page

Hello, I hope the below graphic will help to illustrate the issue and question. I'm trying to find a measure that will allow for a row to be conditionally formatted in a table in my drill through page. My filtering/drill through already works properly. I'm sure this should be possible...

Show the DAX for the table in the drilldown page.  Should be possible with FILTERS().
