Conditional table columns, selectable rows and export

Apologies in advance if anything similar has already been discussed.

I have quite a few filters on 1 page that yield results on another page in the form of a table. I am trying to do the following:

1. Based on the selection/filter, is it possible to show certain columns in the table. For instance, if a user selects "Lease" in filter, i want a column "Lease commencement date" to show in the table but if "Sale" is selected, I want a different column to be shown.
2. I also want to explore if its possible that column headers can be shown as cards/selectable tiles to be added to the table.
3. Is it possible to select rows in a table that can be exported to csv?
