• Which I can show/hide conditional, based on a filterselection. - Not very clear - Measure slicer or axis slicer

 

• Which I can change the formula of, based on a filterselection.- Measure slicer

 

• Which, I want to give dynamic names, based on a filterselection. - You can create a measure have dynamic title not name, you can use a calculation group if needed
