Conditional measure by value of the row

Good afternoon friends, what I want is to make this measure actually add modifying the context depending on the current value in the row for example that table currently has a filter so to speak country USA then when the value in the row is "AUTOSERVICIOS "this sume ignoring the context and others sume as is
