Thanks, but this doesn't apply to my situation.
If you only have this
| Geo | Value |
| Global | 0 |
| Europe | 1.19 |
| United States | 2.14 |
and filter based on percent
How is that calculated in PBI? Why is 0 value for "Global" the only one highlighted?
