For all but very simple conditional formatting based on rules, it tends to make sense to write a new measure to use for custom formatting. Something like this:
ColorCode = VAR CurrValue = [MeasureUsedInVisual] VAR MaxValue = MAXX ( ALL ( DimDate[Year] ), [MeasureUsedInVisual] ) VAR MinValue = MINX ( ALL ( DimDate[Year] ), [MeasureUsedInVisual] ) RETURN SWITCH ( TRUE (), CurrValue = MaxValue, 1, CurrValue = MinValue, 2 )Then you set the conditional formatting rules so that Color = 1 is green and Color = 2 is red.
