Conditional formatting rows and columns in matrix + adding a calculated row

Hi All,

I'd appreciate help on this. I've created a matrix with the following layout:

I'd appreciate help on two things:

1) I'm trying to highlight the 2021 columns (including when I drill down by quarter), as well as the G09 row.

2) I need to add a calculated row, which divides G09 by M10. 

Is there a way to achieve these objectives?
