Conditional formatting - "no color"

Is it possible to chose "no color" for conditional formatting in a matrix?

 

I do only want to format red numbers, and not green numbers.

If I chose white as maximum color the background is white. I would like to still have my two colors (white and light grey) that seperates each line.

Currently, this can't be achieved. You may use font color instead.
