Conditional formatting option does not appear on a data label

I'm trying to conditionally format a measure of a grouped column and line chart, specifically the line value, curiously I have another project, where I use the same type of chart and the same schema ...

    Hi, Syndicate_Admin 

    This issue occurs when you have two versions of Power BI desktop that are the same, try these steps:
    1. Delete your visual, then recreate a visual and see if the feature exists.
    2. Create a new blank PBIX file and check whether the function exists.
    3. If this function is not available in the blank PBIX file, check whether the preview function settings are the same.
    4. If none of the above features work, try to install the newer version.

Hi, 

I have the same problem: the conditional formatting button for data label color has disappeared since 11 july 2025 and I can't recover it. When I open blank PBI report or any other Power BI report, the button is there, however when I want to use it on the project on which I worked on 11/07/2025 , it is missing:

I don't know how to fix this, I need to continue my project on this file. Should i wait some time until it will be updated and fixed itself or there is some way to do. Please let me know if you have any solution.
