Conditional formatting on user defined parameter
I have the following data that is based on the load of vehicles in a transit system. I'd like to be able to highlight cell values in the table/matrix based on the "max passenger count". For example, if a user selects 75, all of the data would remain but anything >= 75 would be shaded red. Since the load values vary based on vehicle size, a back-end set formatting wouldnt work very well.
New BI user here so be gentle. Thanks!

jeramycard , Create a measure using what if and use that in conditional formatting using the field value option
If([Measure] >= [what if measure] , "red", "white")

Hello and Thanks for your response! I'm unable to access the New Parameter button in desktop - I think because the data is tied to a data model. Investigating a work around now.
