Conditional formatting on columns names in a matrix

Unfortunately, this feature is not yet supported in the latest version of powerbi desktop.😔
You can post your ideas here. If too many people vote, Microsoft officials will consider adding this feature in the next update.

As you said ''In powerbi you can only change the overall column color in the matrix'' .However, I need each column to be colored differently(Different teams).
I have seen this video but it's a table not matrix and can't do the same because I need to drill down to the employee.
