Conditional formatting of visual according to measures

I have a card visual

pbi-card.png

and I want number 7.90 turned to red if above 8.00 and to blue if smaller than -2.00. The two values are calculated through measures.

In rules in conditional formatting I have to enter two values for each rule.

Thanks in advance.
