You can upload the file to a cloud drive like OneDrive, GoogleDrive then share the download link here.

Thanks for the reply.

 

Unfortunately, my organisation does not allow uploads to any cloud, so this is not an option.

 

Although I haven't achieved wat I want, I am no longer persuing this, as it is nolonger relevant.
