Conditional formatting not working
Hi everyone, I am trying to apply conditional formatting on my column. if my value is more than 15%, it should be red, if less than 15% then it shld be green. However, there is somethin wrong with it...

refer to this, in your case you put 0.15

use this and make sure so that all of them are number not percent and where there is max and min to acheive it is just clear the number in the box
