Conditional formatting not working for Last Month in matrix table

Hi there 

Hope someone can help we with this. 

I have created a matrix table showing results for Current Month and Last Month. 

As you can see, the green (or positive results) for LM isn't showing up. Orange and Red are.

CM is showing up fine. 

Here's the DAX for one of the LM Conditional Rule 

I have used this for condition formatting. 

I can't figure out why the positive (green) results aren't showing up.
