Conditional formatting not applying color as expected

I've applied conditional formatting a column that is a %. I divided the 2 columns previously, set the format to % with 2 decimals, and the color isn't applying correctly. For instance 100.00% should be green and in one row it is and one it isn't. Anything I'm missing?

    Hi Anonymous ,

Change the decimals of the divided two columns from 2 to higher place, maybe the two column value have been rounded. Or try to change the Summarization, also you can try to upgrade the Power BI Desktop to the latest version 2.68.5432.841.

    Best Regards,
