I have a report with conditional formatting on both the background and font. When publishing the report, the background conditional formatting remains, but the font formatting does not. I've verified (once published) that the conditional rules transfered correctly when published.
Any ideas why the font color isn't working? (The font color condition is based on a rule when the value in the column =1 to change the font color).

While clearing the browser cache did not fix the issue, I discovered the option to clear the cache in PowerBI Desktop. (File/Options/Global Data Load/Data Cache Management Options/Clear Cache). After clearing this cache, saving and republishing, the conditional formatting presents correctly!

Wow! How often does this happen?
This was exactly what I was looking for to resolve my very similar problem. Thanks for sharing!
Unfortunately, didn't work. Tried clearing the cache and also tried using Edge instead of Chrome. Other ideas? Thanks!
@Eileen_B , Please clear browser cache -> refresh and check.
Republish -> browser cache -> refresh and check.
