Conditional formatting in matrix compare to yesterday value

Hi all,

Do you know of any way to do conditional formatting regarding measure values? It can be done without any problems:
if value is blank then red,
but how to do it for the example highlighted in yellow where 12/5/2022 is greater than 12/6/2022?
