Conditional formatting in Bar Chart

Hi, I have a stacked bar chart where I want to apply conditional formatting. The y-axis is 'Job Name' and the x-axis has all numeric columns that are showing the number of days. I want to apply conditional formatting of these number of days columns. For example, if 'opened - sent' <12 then the bar color should be green otherwise red. if 'Sent - 1st interview' < 5 then green otherwise red if '1st - 2nd interview' < 5 then green otherwise red and so on... Kindly check the attached image to get a clear picture of my requirements. Any help/suggestion will be appreciated. Thank You
