Conditional formatting for Tenure Split to highlight Top 3 Values for each tenure
I have a Tenure split for each department like 0-6months , 6-12 monts , 12-18 months , 18-24 months and >24months ,
I need to highlight Top 3 Values with color for each Tenure
Like for >24 months i need to highlight the Top 3 Values with "Red"
For 18-24 Months i need to highlight the Top 3 Values with "Amber"
