Conditional formatting / cell elements no longer available for card ?

Hello, i was using a lot of cards for KPI, with some conditional formatng for he color.

But since 1-2 week, i'm not able to edit or add another formating throught cell elements far that kind of object, is that no longer avaible ? 😞
