I want to design a matrix hierarchy with a structure like in Figure 1, where Section 1 has one sub-level and Section 2 has two sub-levels. However, I want to customize the +/- icons. Specifically, I want to only display the +/- icons for items that have sub-levels, for example, at indicators 2.2.1, 2.2.2 and hide the +/- icons for items that do not have sub-levels, such as indicator a, b, Group 2.1, etc. Is there a way to design in this format?

Hi @anhpt6 -Unfortunately, Power BI does not provide a direct option to customize the +/- icons for individual items out of the box.
you can try the custom chart but it is not going to report matrix kind of view.
Hope it helps
