Conditional formatting based on two values

Hi, I have a Matrix that shows the number of Leavers and how many of those completed an Exit Interview before leaving, with an Adoption measure to show the percentage of Leavers/Exit Interviewees - ...

jgdgsf2 , You have to use a unichar  measure, where you choose a symbol based on the condition, and then a color measure to do font formatting using the field value option

 

example

TRUE(),
_change > 0, UNICHAR(9650),

    Hi,

    Thanks for your response, but this seems like it'll only work for the "Adoption" measure - I need a rule that works when both "Leavers" and "Exit Interviewees" = 0, show a neutral icon. If not, continue following my conditional formatting rules based on "Adoption" being > or < 10%.
