Conditional formatting based on two values
Hi,
I have a Matrix that shows the number of Leavers and how many of those completed an Exit Interview before leaving, with an Adoption measure to show the percentage of Leavers/Exit Interviewees - as below:
If it is above the 10% target they get a tick, if below they get a cross.
Really simply - I want to add a conditional formatting rule whereby if the "Leavers" column and "Exit Interviewees" is 0, then they get a neutral icon, as it wouldn't be fair to give them a cross if there were no Leavers to conduct an Exit Interview. Otherwise, continue to follow the rules I've already set if the Adoption is above or below 10%.
Is this possible?

jgdgsf2 , You have to use a unichar measure, where you choose a symbol based on the condition, and then a color measure to do font formatting using the field value option

Thanks for your response, but this seems like it'll only work for the "Adoption" measure - I need a rule that works when both "Leavers" and "Exit Interviewees" = 0, show a neutral icon. If not, continue following my conditional formatting rules based on "Adoption" being > or < 10%.
