Conditional formatting URL does not format all cells
When I add conditional formatting > URL to a table visual in Power BI, only some cells are being randomly formatted. Has anyone had the same issue?

Pragati11 Thank you so much for your time. I wasn't able to replicate the issue with fake data. (the data that I'm working with is too sensitive to share).
