Conditional formatting Icon not visible (sometimes)

Hello, 

 

I have a custom theme with icon conditional formatting and when the case is the same, sometimes it shows the icon and sometimes it doesn't. In both cases, it should be displaying the minus sign (value = 9):

 

Someone said to update to the latest version. I just did it but nothing changed.

    Hi, 

     

    The problem is with the second column. The firs column is ok (0 = green circle).
