Dear All,
i have created matrix visualization with three step hirarchy with actual date as value and Row as Category1, category 2 , category 3.
whenever i am expanding the hiracrcy at left side + icon, getting date vaues instead of conditional formatting Icon . Please suggest
Currently without expanding : it is working fine. able to see the icon
once if i start expanding: Icon are not displaying but the dates are coming up again.
here i am expecting to report again with icon only, Please suggest
Regards,
Rajendra

Hi, @Rajendra1ong
Make sure the Icon slider is turned to On. If it's already on, double-check your conditional formatting rules to ensure they are set up as intended for all hierarchy levels. The issue you're having may be related to the Stepped layout setting in the matrix visual. This setting is turned on by default and can sometimes cause problems with the display of hierarchies, so you can find it in the matrix format and turn it off.
