Conditional formating of a legend color

Hello, 

Do you know if this is posible to configure color in a bar chart on another field value ?

I have this chart : 

And i want that the colours are like from this field in the table (Couleur) : 

I configure color here : 

But there is not conditional formating ... I know that if i remove legend and use countries in X axis i can change the colours dynamically but this is not that i want. I want to configure colour legend

It's not possible to apply dynamic color to legends as it is based on categories which may vary
