Conditional formating in matrix report

I have the below matrix report

I want the conditional formating as below

If the 2nd week price is greater then 1st week price then mark  only the 2nd week price to green else red.

o/p:

Kindly let me know if it is possible in power bi, if  yes then how can i achive this.

Create a measure and add the measure to the conditional formatting.

@gopalxor , create a measure that can provide color based on this week vs last wee(refer my week blog)

example - Use this kind of measure in conditional formatting with "Field" Option
