Conditional format with 2 measures in Line and Clustered Column Chart

Hi all!

I have the following visualization (Line and clustered column chart), which is composed as follows:

Is there a possibility or do you know of another visualization that allows me to add a conditional format where if "ACTUAL" or "LY" are less than "OBJ", mark them in red?

I would need something like this but using the two measures (Actual and LY):
