Conditional Formatting working in desktop but not working in Power BI Service

Hi,   I have a simple review where a backgroud conditional formatting is applied to card visual. This works in Desktop & am able to see the color changes based on values but not working in Power BI...

Hi, Thanks for reply.

 

This seems weird to me since i have been working on Power BI for past more than 3 years & saw something like this for the very first time. 
Source i have used is excel & normal background formatting based on measure value 

% GUD Match SAP Vs eCRM = DIVIDE([GUD_SAP Vs eCRM],DISTINCTCOUNT(SAP[GUD]))*100
 
I apply formatting to be in divergent mode which is supposedly working fine in Desktop but not reflecting in Service.

 For e.g. I have this card visual only in my report & formatting is done on the basis of DAX measure which i have pasted in my earlier comments.

    HI Anonymous,

    It sounds like your conditional formatting setting has been reset on power bi service side when data loading and recognize records.

    I'd like to suggest you write a new measure with if statement to compare with values and return color code, then use it with 'fields value' mode color formatting instead of 'color scale' or 'rule' modes.

    Use conditional formatting in tables#color-by-color-values
