Hi, @Anonymous
Please refer to this document about how to use color scale to configure conditional formatting.
conditional_formatting Color by color scale
With conditional formatting for tables and matrixes in Power BI, you can specify customized cell colors, including color gradients, based on field values.
PowerBI allows you to format the cell background or font color by color scale, and you can select the add center color checkbox to specify center value and color.

May I ask, do you know why "Enter a value" is grayed out? The gradient is dynamic to what ever the highest and lowest values are in the data, but i'd like to set my own min and max, 0 and 100, but cant.
