Conditional Formatting using Calculation Groups not working

Anonymous you need to change each Calculation Item in the Calculation Group except for Fuel.

I can apply Conditional Formating only to a column in calculation group. This is my PBIX file. Could you please share your PBIX file without sensitive data?

I have a question: If you had a Calculation Group to manipulate the matrix measure so that it's dynamic rather than using a static measure, how could you apply conditional formatting to a single column (or an element of the time intelligence calculation group)?
