Conditional Formatting to 100% stacked bar chart
I have an 100% stacked bar chart with 2 measures and want to give color coding to bars like if the measure <50 then red ,50-90 as amber and 90-100 as green ?How to achieve this ,is there any workaround

Power BI currently doesn't support direct conditional formatting by value for 100% stacked bar charts, especially when using multiple measures. Stacked bar chart treats multiple measures as a single series for color assignment, which is why the "fx" option disappears when you add a second measure.
If this is a significant blocker, you might consider submitting a feature request to the Power BI Ideas Forum to support conditional formatting in 100% stacked bar charts with multiple measures.

Hi Harika05 - Power BI doesn't support conditional formatting by value in 100% stacked bar charts directly (as of now). However, you can use a workaround to achieve a similar effect using custom color measures and a stacked bar chart instead of a 100% stacked one, or you can try the "Field value" based formatting trick.
you can try workaround Using "Field Value" in Data Colors.

If its a single measure then I am getting fx option but once I add 2 measure in my stacked bar chart ,fx option is not visible and its asking to choose a single color
Yes I am using legends , but even though I remove them I cant see conditional formatting option in format pane , its giving the option to use static colors available
