Conditional Formatting only specific totals (Values and Totals)

I have a report that needs to format all values and toatls with negative $ or % with red font. 

 

However, the bottom grand total needs to stay white font, keeping it hidden.

 

Is there anyway to prevent just the bottom totals from conditional formatting? 

The other totals in the green background can stay red if they have a negative value.
