Conditional Formatting on web dosent work

i load my report to web and the conditional formatting doesn't work ... on desktop it work perfect, i also try to load using get data and not publish from desktop an don't work either, the strange thing is that yesterday it worked perfectly.

Hi santiagomur,

Did you use the custom icon or other custom setting in conditional  formatting? In addition, I am not sure whether this is cuased by delay or just an occasional problem. You could try to create other report and deploy this on service, refreh the dataset and report to see whether this work or not.

Hi, thanks for the answer @dax 

i try with another report and doesn't works, i don't know if this helps but i'm using RLS, depends the role some cards and shapes changes there color, the shapes works perfectly but the cards stay blank. 

i haven't made any change and they were working well is something that appeared about two days ago.
