Hello,
I am trying to apply conditional formatting on row subtotals of matrix, it works when subtotals collapsed but it does not work when I expand rows by clicking plus (+) sign on row headers.
Is there anything else I need to do to get it?
Thanks
VivekC

Hi @Anonymous ,
Did you also apply the conditional formatting to total and subtotal just followed the steps in @amitchandak provided link? Or you can refer the part Totals and subtotals in the official documentation.
If the above method is not working, please provide some sample data(exclude sensitive data) and the related formula of used measures in matrix.
Best Regards
Rena
@Anonymous , Can you share some screenshot? Hope you have selected value and total in conditional formating https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/power-bi-desktop-april-2020-feature-summary/#_Conditional_formatting
