Is there a way to make it work with the column without creating additional measure? I know it used to work like that.

    Hey, 
    thanks for the reply but as I stated in the initial post, I cannot select my column in the "What field should we base this on?" I click on it and this field stays empty and red as in the screenshot provided.

      Can you please share sample data or link for PBIX file and which column/field you are using for conditional formatting

        Hey,
        I am trying to make it work for a 'Days Since Stage Update' column which is an INTIGER.
