Conditional Formatting - matrix row

Trying to set up a cond formatting to the highest number in each row, to be background color of dark grey.  The values are not coming from any measure.  I am doing % of row total of responses.  See p...

Hi jcastr02 ,

Create a measure like this:

 

Max_grey = 
VAR x = 
CALCULATE(
    MAX(Sales[Sale 2013]),
    ALLEXCEPT(
        Sales,
        Sales[Brand]
    )
)
RETURN
IF(
    MAX(Sales[Sale 2013]) = x,
    "grey",
    "white"
)

 

Then, do like this:

(The matrix in the picture is the effect I have achieved, I just repeat the operation again.)
