Hi,
How can we use conditional formatting with negative values? I have year on year percentage change which can be either positive or negative. Either I'm acting really dumb or just having a bad day, but I can't for the life of me work out the rules for negative values?
Any help would be much appreciated.
Cheers
Solved! Go to Solution.
You can format by rule with negative number (rather than percentage) to format the yoy declines. -1 = -100%:
thank you for the solution i was loosing my mind!!!

Thank you so much ... I'm just having one of those bad hair days where I couldn't work the stupid thing out.
