Conditional Formatting in a Hierarchy

Hi, hoping someone can help me with this issue - I see there are a lot of posts on conditional formatting within a Matrix but not sure any of the previous posts have the right solution.

What I want to do is have the values conditional format to show as red where any of the columns in the hierarchy beneath it are also red, currently the formatting is set to be red if it = 0 and green if it is greater than 0.

DACH = Green

Within DACH there are red for each week

The issue is that this number can fluctuate week to week, so I cannot set the numbers to be anymore specific than that, is there a way of maybe using isinscope to have it so that wherever there is a value = 0 within DACH, DACH would then = 0?
