Conditional Formatting in Table with Field Parameters
Hello!
I have formed a table where there are several fields with %, where the parameter of fields is applied to facilitate its filter.
The issue in question is that I would like to apply conditional formatting to the values of those fields, but because I apply the field parameter I don't allow it. Is there any other way to do it?
Name Charismatic Sociable Enthusiast Cheerful Generous Energetic
A 10% 30% 50% 80% 85% 50%
B 60% 15% 80% 20% 60% 20%
Filtering is facilitated with field parameters, but unifies these fields into a column with parameters. and I don't allow the conditionals.

Please provide sanitized sample data that fully covers your issue. I cannot help you without usable sample data.
